Our Story
Two brothers.
Korean roots.
Founded in 2022 by two Korean brothers with a love for the flavours they grew up with, Boom Cafe & Dining was created to bring something different to the Australian brunch scene.
We blend Korean and Asian flavours with familiar brunch favourites — from Kimchi Carbonara to Bulgogi Wraps, alongside matcha, unique yuzu teas and specialty coffee.
